The maiden iteration was West Coast inclined: a solid filter and sturdy bitterness accentuated some dreamy tropicana vibes. It was good, but in 2022 we shifted gears, and made it better.
By retaining the haze, softening the water, and boosting the late ferment dry hops, we gave this ‘Miami Vice’ inspired tinny license to play – the upshot was more balanced and even easier to tilt back.
Expect golden hues and a dob of creamy foam. Aromas of lychee, white peach, and mango tickle the nose. To drink, it’s full and smooth, with an approachable IBU, and a sumptuous Pina Colada quality late.
