FAQ

Delivery

Online orders are processed within 5 business days from the date of purchase, dependent on order volumes. Australia Post* is our preferred freight partner, with delivery generally occurring within 2-7 business days, depending on the shipping method chosen and delivery destination.

*Please note any delays in transit with Australia Post is beyond our control.

We may contact you to arrange an alternative delivery method if best suited to your order.

Pickups

Pickup orders are ready within 24 hours, except for orders placed after 4PM Friday, over the weekend and public holidays, which are fulfilled the following business day (generally Monday).

Collection hours are 12-10pm daily from our Port Adelaide venue.

Please wait to receive your ‘ready for collection’ email before visiting the venue to collect your order.

This policy allows a time frame of 30 days for collection. Please advise us if you are unable to collect the items within this period*.

*For beer purchases, a considerable delay may compromise the beer experience.

Pickups are currently only available from our Port Adelaide venue – 18 Baker Street, Port Adelaide, SA, 5015.

Exchanges

Our exchange policy allows an exchange of merch item(s) within 30 business days of purchasing in case of receiving incorrect sizing, damaged or faulty goods. We reserve the right to require proof that the goods were received damaged or faulty.

In case of incorrect sizing, the product(s) must be returned in their original packaging, with no damage, for the exchange process to occur.

For beer/beverage orders where there is damage in transit or incorrect dispatching of products, our policy will be the same as for merch items (see above).

Returns

Our return policy allows the return of merch item(s) within 30 business days where goods are received either damaged or faulty. A replacement item or refund will be processed upon our receiving of the damaged or faulty goods.

For beer orders where there is damage in transit or incorrect dispatching, our policy will be the same as for merch items.

For faulty beer products, please fill out our feedback form located here: https://www.piratelife.com.au/feedback and our brewing team will be in touch.

There are no returns/refunds for change of mind.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order and the order has not been dispatched, please immediately contact us at shop@piratelife.com.au.

Once the cancellation and refund(s) are processed, funds will be transferred back into your account within 2 business days*.

*Delays can occur depending on the bank transaction.

Gift Cards

Pirate Life Brewing Online Store gift cards purchased via https://shop.piratelife.com.au can only be redeemed on our online store and cannot be redeemed in our physical venues.
