A hefty malt bill plops us deep into hazy terrain, that and the obnoxious amount of late and post ferment hops. It’s a bold celebration of NZ and US strains.
Verdant yeast continues to deliver succulent fruity notes – an intentional deviation from US-05, which we’ve used in this beer before.
Expect a golden hue and a dob of creamy foam. Aromas of lychee, white peach, and mango tickle the nose. To drink, it’s full and smooth, with well-integrated bitterness, and a sumptuous Pina Colada quality late.
