Japanese Lager

Celebrated for their crispness and drinkability, Japanese Lagers are a fave amongst the PL Crew. This is our first crack at the style and, just quietly, we’re stoked it’s in a half litre tin…

It’s brewed with Pilsner Malt and a good whack of flaked rice – the former lending hints of water cracker and honey, the latter aiding in a tight and snappy finish.

Expect a hay-like hues and a crystal clear pour. Gentle floral aromas drift from the collar, which settles fluffy and white. To drink, it’s clean and fresh – like all good lagers should be.

Pair with a katsu sando and some steaming gyoza.  

Malt: Pilsner, Flaked Rice

Hops: Pacifica, Wakatau 

Extras: Brown Rice Syrup
