This ‘Pastry Stout’ has been brewed with six malt variants and a sprinkling of oats. Hot side additions of dried orange zest, cinnamon and all spice trigger imagery of freshly baked hot cross buns, while cocoa lends a chocolatey hit.
It pours black with a tan head of foam. Expect aromas of cinnamon, raisin and treacle. On the palate, ristretto coffee pairs with notes of dried fruit, allspice and ganache. It’s deep, doughy and decadent.
