There’s a lot to like about spring. Mellow sunsets, BBQ’d snags, and of course, frosty lagers. This one made its debut last year, and we’re stoked to be sharing it again.
It’s full-bodied, refreshing and clean. You’ll get floral notes from the European hops, as well as a lovely, moreish bitterness, which settles around 25 IBU.
Specialty pale malts lend a sturdy backbone and bright golden hues. There’s also chewy bread and honey characters on offer – which is never a bad thing.
Malt: Pilsner, Vienna, Munich, Acidulated Malt
Hops: Mandarina Bavaria, Spalt
