While producing a brewed beverage with such little alcohol can be challenging, the pursuit of flavour remains the same…and it begins with the highest quality ingredients: premium pale & specialty malts, US & NZ hops, and a characterful ale yeast.
A quicker than usual mash (to minimise fermentable sugars) and a short thirty three hour ferment keeps the ABV in check, while a healthy dry hop lends aromas of citrus and stone fruit.
Expect a lemon yellow pour and a thick head of foam. To drink, it’s full and fresh, with gentle fruit characters, malty undertones, and a clean, crisp finish.
