We’ve dropped the latest beer in our ‘Hero Hop’ series, Belma IPA. It’s punchy, aromatic, and (tastefully) wild at heart...
Unlike most hops, which are developed through international breeding programs, ‘Belma’ was discovered growing roadside near Puterbaugh Farms in the Yakima Valley.
We’re untamed by nature, so it’s really a perfect fit. Of course, the succulent strawberry notes don’t hurt either – captured carefully through hot and cold-side additions.
Expect honey hues and a loose head of foam. Aromas of peach melba meet berries & cream. You’ll score balanced bitterness and a lick of resin, too.
