Halloween is upon us and to celebrate we’ve spiced things up with an über spooky brown ale…
It begins with premium malts, Simcoe, Willamette & Fuggles hops, and a handful of aromatic spices. Brown sugar adds depth to the boil, while 200 kilos of pumpkin add a sweet and earthy character.
It pours nut brown, with flecks of butterscotch. Expect aromas ginger snaps and treacle, with notes of bitter orange. The palate is round and glossy, gifting toffee malts and pumpkin pie. Notes choc caramel linger long.
